Cancelation Policy

Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.
∙ Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the NEWGENS 
∙ Once confirmed, buyer can contact NEWGENS via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, NEWGENS will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, NEWGENS may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.
